13.1 If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost. A replacement request with valid proof of damage must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
13.2 Custom-made artwork, including handmade paintings and sketches, is not eligible for replacement unless damaged.
13.3 Cancellation requests are subject to the following charges:
- Digital Artwork: Rs. 200
- Handmade Artwork: Rs. 300
- Cancellation is not applicable after artwork approval.
13.4 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
14. Money-Back Guarantee
14.1 If you are dissatisfied with your custom artwork, we will revise it until you are satisfied. If you remain dissatisfied, a full refund (minus artist fees) will be issued. This policy applies only before artwork approval; after approval, the money-back guarantee is no longer applicable.
15. Customization Charges
15.1 Customization charges refer to additional costs for any modifications or special requests related to your order. These charges will be clearly communicated to you during the order process.
