Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Order Cancellation Charges:
- Digital Artwork: Rs. 200
- Handmade Artwork (Paintings, Sketches, etc.): Rs. 300
- Custom Digital Merge Artwork: Rs. 400
- Handmade Painting: Rs. 500
- Cancellation Timeline:
- Cancellation requests must be made before the approval of the preview.
- Once the artwork is approved by you, no cancellation is possible.
- How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at [email address] or [phone number]. Ensure you provide the order number and a clear reason for cancellation.
- Charges Upon Cancellation:
- If your cancellation request is approved and it’s before artwork approval, cancellation charges will apply, as mentioned above. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If cancellation occurs after you approve the preview, no refund is possible.
Replacement Policy
We aim for the highest quality standards for all our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, our replacement policy applies as follows:
- Replacement Eligibility:
- You are eligible for a free replacement if the product you receive is damaged.
- For replacement requests, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.
- A valid proof (photographs or videos) of the damaged product must be provided.
- Replacement Process:
- Upon receiving your replacement request and validation of the proof, we will process the replacement at no extra cost.
- The replacement product will be shipped according to the selected delivery option (Normal or Express), based on availability and delivery timelines.
- Exclusions:
- Custom-made artwork such as Handmade Paintings and Handmade Pencil Sketches are not eligible for replacement unless the artwork is damaged. Non-damaged artworks cannot be replaced.
- How to Request a Replacement:
- To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at [email address] or [phone number] within 3 days of receiving the product. Ensure you provide the order number and proof of damage.
Refund Policy
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where a cancellation is approved or if a product cannot be replaced due to unavailability or other issues.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Money-Back Guarantee for Custom Artwork:
- If you are not satisfied with a custom artwork order, we will revise it until you are happy with the result.
- If after revision, you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund (excluding any artist or softcopy charges).
- This guarantee applies only before you approve the artwork. Once the artwork is approved, the money-back guarantee is no longer applicable.
Important Notes
- Damage Claims: If the product is damaged upon arrival, you must raise the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom artwork, once approved, is not refundable or cancelable under any circumstances.
